Dorothy was the daughter of the late Frank and Emma Ade Jones.
She lived in New Jersey for much of her adult life.

Burial with Full Military Honors will be held Saturday (May 12th) at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Middlesex Valley Volunteer Ambulance, 817 Rte. Norm was born in Clifton Springs, NY on May 24, 1934. After retirement he was a Bus Driver for Marcus Whitman Central Schools.

Norm and his wife, Barbara, lived in Shortsville for many years. He was an animal lover who also loved fishing, camping, gardening and mowing grass.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Bassett; son, Jarred Bassett; brother, Donald Holland; four sisters-in-law, Debi (Dave) Cooper, June Nolan, Lourie (Dale) Cayward, and Lisa (Melanie Messier) Bassett; five brothers-in-law, Rodney (Darrell) Bassett, Larry (Janice) Bassett, Rusty (Laura) Bassett, Durwood “Ben (Fran) Bassett and Christopher (Jennifer) Bassett; and many nieces and nephews. Willemsen, age 63, went Home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 13, 2018, at Wilmot Cancer Center, surrounded by family and friends.
